We also act for victims of serious fraud and other misconduct, including in matters involving urgent injunctive relief and appeals to the Divisional Court. In the healthcare sphere, we represent pharmacy consolidators, independent pharmacies, dentists, veterinarians, physicians and other healthcare professionals in both transactional and contentious matters, including professional negligence and regulatory issues.

Alongside our disputes practice, we provide corporate and commercial advice to growth-stage and established businesses, particularly in the healthcare, automotive and franchise sectors. We act as outside general counsel, advising on structuring, shareholder and ownership arrangements, commercial contracts and transactions, and coordinating litigation strategy when required. For appropriate mandates, we are prepared to structure clear, upfront fee arrangements, including block or fixed fees, so that clients have a meaningful understanding of expected costs before retaining us.
