Joseph H. Keliny is a Partner at KLF and maintains a broad commercial litigation and business law practice. He acts for business owners, professionals, and entrepreneurs in disputes and transactional matters across a range of sectors and industries.
Joseph's litigation practice encompasses commercial and shareholder disputes, real estate and commercial lease litigation, construction lien and non-lien claims, franchise matters, and fraud and asset recovery matters. He acts before the Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court, and in private arbitrations and mediations. Joseph has experience acting on appeals to the Divisional Court from interlocutory orders and from decisions of administrative tribunals.
